Galvan Develops "One Size Fits All" Grounding Clamps For Direct BurialCHARLOTTE - Galvan Industries is now taking orders for its new SRC UL-listed universal clamps designed to accommodate all sizes of ground rods and wire gauges. The new "one size fits all" ground rod clamps feature bronze alloy body construction and stainless steel bolts. Approved for direct burial in soil and concrete, the clamps can withstand torques of 250 in.-lbs. or more. Galvan offers the new clamps as a replacement for a wide range of products made for economy, standard duty, heavy duty and extra heavy duty applications. That versatility eliminates the need to inventory assorted different-size clamps. The new universal clamps handle 3/8", 1?2", 5/8" and 3?4" rods with a variety of solid and stranded conductors.
